DEPOSED Madagascan President Marc Ravalomanana is currently in the country for an undisclosed mission.

The president arrived at the airport yesterday afternoon.
This was confirmed by Principal Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Clifford Mamba.
He stated that the overthrown president was here to see Chairman of the organ Troika His Majesty King Mswati III.
"There can only be one issue that would be discussed and that is bringing peace in Madagascar."
Mamba stated that he was not sure how long Ravalomanana would be in the country. This follows a troika meeting held at the Royal Villas last Thursday.
At that summit, new President  Andry Rajoelina was denounced by SADC.
Southern African leaders are expected to finalise a regional economic aid package for Zimbabwe and discuss possible sanctions against Madagascar in South Africa next week, SA Department of Foreign Affairs spokesperson Ronnie Mamoepa said.
The African Union suspended Madagascar last week and the United Nations have criticised Rajoelina's power grab.

We are enormously grateful for the genuine wish of involvement of the African Union to help bring about a solution to the political crisis in Madagascar. Unfortunately, it is very unlikely that the Malagasy "rulers", do not respect or will take into consideration any advice from their African brothers mainly due to our "negroid complex", added by the reigning to divide policy fomented by our former colonial power that we like to call : "la Frantsa Reny Malala", La France Mère Patrie.

Many thanks to the Royal Swazi Government

Being a simple citizen of Madagascar, I appreciate the great move of the Swaziland Government by hostng our deposed President.

His life was at stake which is unfair and unacceptable for the good things he did to develop our country.

I humbly invite SADC to take a stern and stiff measures to come and restore peace and rule of law for the sake of Madagascar and the whole African Unity.

I am lacking the proper wording to qualify what have happend in Madagascar for the last four weeks.

Destruction of the country, violence towards the Malagasy people, sexual abuse of some weak women from the mutineers then bare shooting with assault guns of that woman and her family member coming to her rescue.

Looting and burning of private property, putting forward the incomeless portion of the population to stand as human sacrifice by violating the rule of law and using the same people to openly steal other Malagasy citizen.

Misuse of the Malagasy army by paying the mutineers which to date has become an useless and shameful symbol of a country.

Misinterpretation of the Constitution by using bogus lawer to issue wrong law text, threatening at gun point foreign diplomat, High Court members, Senators members and Members of Parliament, misappropriation of the Central Bank monies, the Treasur funds among others which I simply would like to qualify as anarchy of the 21st century are factors to punish Madagascar and the of the African Unity.

There is no little consideration of the basic human right, this is due to unjustified love of money and power.

Madagascar is badly sick, the deases affecting Madagascar is contagious as it can serve as a lesson for ill minded fellow all other Africa who probably will take some inspiration from this live example from Madagascar.

As a matter of fact some foreign influence from France is behind this Madagascar case, therefore I firmly and strongly believe SADC AUO have major role to help in restoring peace, security and rule of law in Madagascar.

Many thanks again to the King of Swaziland and the population of that country.

Long life to the African Unity,
Long life to the AUO,
Long life to the SADC

That is a humble request from a sad Malagasy citizen

so long Mr President.
as you said, "you loosed the battle not the war".
I'm not so sure. You're simply a looser and that's all.
It's a pity that in Africa, you have to count hundreds of killed people to hope to change a leader.
With the new "President", what would we expect? He is too young and the first decision he made is to relax assassins and criminals of 2002 crisis.
where are we going??...to hell??

Great ! may the Swaziland keeps this murder for ever ! and good luck !
When the western community is expecting to stop help to Madagascar, the eastern community ( China, Japan, Indonesia, India..) is regarding to us. May be our real seat is in this part but not in African Union !

We respect the choice of Swaziland authority to host the fired Madagascar president, but we expect that all decisions, to be taked as possible sanctions against madagascar, will not be issued of the fired president advices. We expect that the decisions in SADC summit insist on an international intervention for solving peacefully the actuel problem of madagascar. Cause any stern sanctions let Madagascar to be remote from surrounding countries and let its economic situation to deteriorate anymore and the social life to be in anarchy as the actuel authority does not master the national security.
We expect from SADC summit impartial decisions.

That's a kind decision, We'll hope that he dont't forgive the TGV manifestation and their vandals and ask to the Union African not to help Madagascar for nothing, So, after this, TGV must be leave the presidence if they think in people.

Or, most of Malagasy People and foreign nations know that Marc Ravalomanana is until know the one President who maked many thing for Madagasikara. Yes, I recognized that he maked also something which are wrong but he can change it, now they (Andry RAJOELINA & Co) dind't give Marc Ravalomanana a new chance to repare his mistakes, and Madagasikara become the first poor nation in the word.

GOD YOU ARE GREAT AND WE GLORIFY YOU!

To the persons responsible for this website a big thank you!! Thanks for giving us the chance to express ourselves on this page. Thanks to God, our True President is still alive and safe! I hope he can read these comments! If possible please do not use the word "OUSTED/FIRED PRESIDENT" because that is not the reality. We the majority of Madagascar people still have him very close at heart, and if he was to be "fired", this should have been by the PEOPLE (through the referendum proposed by RAVALOMANANA which in turn rejected by TGV, the currently so-called New Leader of Madagascar) not BY FEW SELFISH INDIVIDUALS HUNGRY FOR POWER like the "SO CALLED NEW LEADER OF MADAGASCAR - RAJOELINA" together with his warriors. I would have liked you to have participated in covering the news reporting here in Madagascar so that you would have seen the realities here, what happened here was a real "COUP", terrorism and violence were perpetrated by the so called new leader. We want back our real true President, i.e. "RAVALOMANANA" and once again please be kind and treat him correctly by choosing which word to qualify him. He is a very special man and will always stay in our heart!

President RAVALOMANANA: if you happen to read this please be reassured that the people are still behind you! We love you and we pray for you! You used to tell us all the time "AZA MATAHOTRA, MINOA FOTSINY IHANY - Litterally, DON NOT BE AFRAID, JUST BELIEVE" Thank you President, this is our SLOGAN, we believe and we are not afraid! Have a great journey!

Once again thank you to the monitor of this site for leting us know about this and letting us the chance to express ourselves!
