FORMER owner of the Channel S TV station says the change of ownership will not affect the court case between the Channel S club and the Central Bank.
He told the Swaziland Broadcasting and Information Services (SBIS) that the court case involves Channel S club and not Channel S TV station.
Difference
“Legally, there is a big difference between the Channel S TV station and Channel S club, but in a laymen’s perspective there is not much difference”.
Meanwhile, Mamba said he would still remain in the picture at Channel S because the licence for the station is in his name and the station has a specific mandate to develop the country.
He said a press conference would be called soon to provide clarity and some insight into some of these issues.
