DPM’s Office denies Umhlanga perpetuates sexual abuse

The DPM’s Office has distanced itself from a story that Umhlanga perpetuates sexual abuse.
The Acting Principal Secretary Chief Ndlaluhlaza Ndwandwe, in a statement, said the story failed to report accurately on the National Study on the Drivers of Violence Against Children in Swaziland and further omitted a lot of key information that informed the context of the report. Ndwandwe said the study that was commissioned was intended to inter-alia identify risk factors that drive violence against children and in the same vein identify protective factors to inform response measures to reduce violence against children in Swaziland.
